Q. Does the site have to be level?
A. No but it does help if we know in advance of the ground conditions.

Q. Do you supply sound and light?
A. Yes we can at an additional cost P.O.A or you can supply your own.

Q. Do we need security?
A. This is not necessary for 1-day events but yes if over night.

Q. Do you need to do a site visit?
A. This is not necessary but you should always let us no when booking the stage of all the details of access to the site and the site itself bearing in mind it is an articulated vehicle.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?
A. Yes we do have £1 million public liability

Q. Which areas do you cover?
A. We cover the whole of the UK and Europe

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. A deposit of 50% is required when on completion of confirmation pack.

Q. What happens if I cancel a booking?
A if the event is cancelled for any reason the deposits are non refundable unless cancellation is made 28 days prior to the event.

Q. When do I pay the balance?
A. All monies must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event.

Q. How long does it take to set up your stage?
A. 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the site

Q. Do we need to supply an electricity supply?
A. Not for erecting or dismantalling, but yes for sound and light.
